BASIC INFORMATION FOR EVENT RESERVATION

Please be aware that due to the impact on church staff, rooms, and resources, your event may not be approved, but Four Oaks will make every effort to accommodate your request. In rare instances, church programming may take precedence over a reservation causing a cancellation at which time you will be fully refunded.

FACILITY USE COST - Please see the breakdown of cost for Half Day vs. Full Day within the parentheses. Half Day is considered four (4) hours and anything beyond the four hours will be assessed the Full Day fee.

Four Oaks is not staffed to offer setup/teardown of tables, chairs, and other physical event preparations. Rental fee is based upon the total time (setup/teardown + event time) the event client is in the space.)

AUDIO/VISUAL (A/V) INFORMATION

For events requiring professional A/V support, the event is not considered booked until the availability of an A/V tech has been confirmed. Professional A/V support is not guaranteed even if the space is available for your planned event.

WORSHIP CENTER- Requires two A/V techs at $50 per hour (three (3) hour minimum). This is a minimum of $300 per event. For any additional time over the three-hour minimum, there will be a $50 per hour charge for each A/V tech.

YOUTH ROOM - Requires one A/V tech at $50 per hour (three (3) hour minimum). This is a minimum of $150 per event. For any additional time over the three-hour minimum, there will be a $50 per hour charge.

GALLERY 14 - This room is self serve. The A/V capabilities include a projector, plug-in for slideshow from a computer, and music streaming. An A/V tech can be made available to help set up but does not work the event.

SECURITY

For events with 100 or more individuals in attendance, security is required and will be secured by event coordinator. Receipt of the acquired services will need to be submitted before event.

Security Requirements per Facility Use Policy:

For events with:
- Less than 100 persons in attendance, the Responsible Person will be responsible for security.
- Greater than 100 but less than 300, an armed security guard must be hired to provide security.
- Greater than 300 but less than 750 attending, a law enforcement officer must be hired to provide security.
- Greater than 750 attending, two security people – at least one being a law enforcement officer
